As a Scottish-born Canadian, I bring a strong sense of relational connection, pragmatism, and, when appropriate, humour to my work. I believe therapy can hold both depth and lightness.

My work with people and well-being began in 2011, with a background in holistic nutrition and yoga, followed by several years in people-first communications, leadership coaching, and workplace culture.
These experiences continue to shape my approach to counselling and my belief that meaningful change begins with relational safety.
No matter what you're navigating, I hope to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and accepted and are able to access ways of moving through life with greater flexibility, self-compassion, and connection.

Therapeutic Insights & Resources
I’m a big believer that knowledge is power, and that therapy shouldn’t be something that happens to you, but something we do together.

Understanding what’s happening in your mind and body, and how your experiences may have shaped the ways you respond, can bring more compassion and choice into the process. Sometimes, even realizing that something you thought was “just you” is actually a very human and adaptive response can shift the way you see yourself.
